Mindset Workshops - By Hayley June

Complementing this foundational practice, a series of mindset workshops will follow. Each workshop is designed to amplify the results achieved through breathwork sessions. These workshops focus on: (Examples, but not limited to…)

  • Emotional Mastery: Techniques to help guests navigate and regulate their emotions and understand their release during breathwork.

  • Limiting beliefs and self sabotaging behaviours - what’s  holding you back what’s your internal narrative and dialogue. How to shift from this.

  • Habits and Disciplines: Establishing empowering habits and developing disciplines that reinforce commitment to personal growth and support ongoing breathwork and health practices.

  • Shadow Work: Exploring hidden fears and limiting beliefs to enhance their transformative experience.

OUTCOME

Our goal is to provide attendees with tools and resources to implement their learnings beyond the breathwork sessions, enhancing their personal lives. Each session complements the breathwork, tailored to the group's level and supported with toolkits for individual and collective progress.

POST RETREAT 2 x ACCONTABILITY SESSIONS:

  • ONLINE VIA ZOOM - 2 weeks, and 4 weeks post retreat to keep you progressing!

Please note: $300 Deposits are NON-refundable.

Remaining balance is required NO LATER than 21 days prior to Retreat date. Payment plans will be allocated and set up into our systems once confirmed with a team member and you’ve signed off the payment structure. These can be flexible for your budgeting purposes! Life isn’t meant to be stressful, so let’s not stress!

Deposits can be transferrable however to future Retreats ONLY if unable to travel.

All Retreats are REFUNDABLE up to 30 Days prior. After that only 50% refundable of the price of the ticket minus the deposit. Once the retreat date has started NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED.
